The appears to have started earlier ~ 4:35 AM and related to the AWS DNS errors they are reporting

As of 5:11 AM ThingSpeak, MATLAB Drive and other services are in a degraded state. They are flapping between up and down. We are investigating the issue. We will post updates as we learn more.
